Peak Capital has an opportunity for an Office & Executive Assistant to join our team of professionals based in our Provo, UT headquarters. This is a full-time position working between the hours of 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday. The Office Assistant's primary duties are to support and work closely with office staff, including executives, asset managers, analysts, and the receptionist.  The position will also work closely with at least two senior executives. This position also performs other duties, which can be effectively performed at the Office Assistance's work station, as assigned.

Experience / Training:

  • A High School Diploma or GED is required
  • 2 years in an administrative support role is required Experience in the finance industry plus
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and Excel

  • Displays professional appearance and conduct. Makes a good impression on others. Is able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Maintains effective professional relationships with others.
  • Maintains high standards of ethics, conduct, and organizational policies in job-related activities. Initiates contact with guests easily and in a friendly and cordial   manner.
  • Expresses self clearly and effectively when talking with individuals and groups. Dependable and willing to modify plans and behavior when necessary to meet a   goal.
  • The ability to operate office equipment, such as computer, printer, copier, fax, and postage machine. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Ability to perform light clerical work, such as typing, filing, and sorting. Great Customer Service Skills.
  • Regular attendance

Duties, Responsibilities and Expectations: (other duties may be assigned to meet business needs)

  •  Assisting all departments with various clerical needs
  • Directly assisting two senior executives
  • Helping schedule appointments and meetings, and creating agendas
  • Helping plan company events, functions, and parties
  • Processing documents and collecting the appropriate signatures from executives
  • From time to time helping with the receptionist duties
  • Helping manage various business accounts, including travel, rental car, and shipping accounts
